Wedz is designed as a wedding and event planning app. This policy explains what information the app uses and how that information is handled.

## Information You Provide
Wedz may store information you add inside the app, including:
- Events, event dates, event names, locations, notes, packages, payment-related planning fields, schedules, and reminders.
- Timeline moments and event program details.
- Inspo boards, tabs, photos, links, and saved inspiration items.
- Settings such as language, theme, calendar color, home address for navigation, notification preferences, and backup preferences.
This information is used to provide the app's planning, calendar, timeline, inspo, backup, and reminder features.
## Calendar Access
If you choose to import from iOS Calendar or Google Calendar, Wedz may read calendar event information you select or import, such as event title, date, time, location, and notes.
Calendar access is used only to help you import or manage events in Wedz. Wedz does not sell calendar data.
## Photos And Attachments
If you add photos or attachments to Inspo or events, Wedz stores them so they can be displayed in the app and included in local/manual backups when applicable.
Wedz uses system photo pickers where possible, so you choose the photos you want to add.
## Location
Wedz may use your location when you use location-based features such as the sunset/sunrise compass. Location is used to calculate and show relevant sun direction information.
Wedz does not use location for advertising.
## Notifications
If you enable notifications, Wedz schedules local notifications for upcoming events and timeline moments based on your settings. Notification content may include event or timeline information needed to remind you at the selected time.
## Purchases
Payments, subscriptions, free trials, lifetime access, cancellations, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple through the App Store. Wedz receives StoreKit entitlement information needed to know whether access is active. Wedz does not receive your full payment card details.
## Backups And iCloud
Wedz may create manual or automatic backups depending on the features you use. Backups may include your events, inspo data, settings, and local media references/files. If iCloud or device backup is enabled, Apple may store app data according to your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
## Data Sharing
Wedz does not sell your personal data.
Data may be processed by platform services required for app functionality, including Apple App Store/StoreKit, iCloud, iOS Calendar, local notifications, and Google Calendar when you choose to connect it.
## Data Retention
Data you create in Wedz remains stored until you delete it, reset the app, remove backups, or uninstall the app. Some purchase entitlement information may remain available through Apple for restoration.
Trial start information may be stored locally and in the device Keychain to prevent trial abuse.
## Your Choices
You can:
- Delete events, timeline moments, inspo photos, tabs, notes, and settings inside the app.
- Disable notifications in iOS Settings or inside Wedz settings where available.
- Revoke Calendar or Location permissions in iOS Settings.
- Disconnect Google Calendar access through your Google account settings.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings.
- Restore purchases using the App Store account used for purchase.
## Children
Wedz is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
## Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The updated version will show a new effective date.
